FAQ's

My box says "No satellite signal being received"

That does not mean you have had your service cut, it means what it says. Check that you have nothing obstructing your satellite dish, that all your cables are in good order and well plugged in.
In bad weather you can also loose channels for a short period.

tip: You can reset your box if it “sticks” by unplugging it from the mains, waiting for two minutes and replugging it.

tip: You can update your box’s software by doing the above but when you replug the box hold down the “backup” button on the digibox, after a minute the lights on the box will flash and a message will appear on your TV screen advising you of the software download. Release the backup button and wait until the digibox switches off.

tip: Check your signal strength by pressing the services button, then 4, then 6. Note that “System Check” and “Housekeeping” do not work as you need to be attached to a UK phone line.

My box says "Call to upgrade"

Please call us on 022 920 20 15, do NOT call the number on your screen as this could result in your viewing card being cancelled. Make sure your credit card details are always up to date with us, loss of viewing due to failure to notify us of credit card changes will be charged £10 for reconnection.

I keep losing BBC and ITV

These channels have a smaller satellite footprint than Sky channels so are the first to go, sometimes a larger dish fixes the problem.

Can I get multiroom?

Sorry no, you need to be in the UK for that. If it is just to watch the same as you would in your  main room, we can install a remote sender for you. If it is to watch football while the kids watch their shows, you will need a second digibox.

Can I watch ZeeTV etc?

Yes you can, please
contact us.

Can I order the pay to view movies?

No, you need to be connected to a UK phone line.

What is my pin number?

Press “services”, 4 then 5. The last four numbers of your viewing card are normally your pin number. If this does not work please contact us.
